Plans are now before the City of Merri-bek for a six-storey self-storage development that would join another such facility in Melbourne’s inner north

Perpetual Trust has proposed the development for a 3475sq m site at 58 Dawson Street, Brunswick. 

Planned is storage space on all six floors plus 85 sq m of retail space for a food and beverage tenancy on the ground floor.
