Which tier of membership is best for me?

Executive membership is a cost effective way to access our news content. Professional membership is for individuals wanting to access the full suite of what we offer, including free access to special member events and online content such as webinars. Corporate memberships are for managers and SME owners who want to give their teams full access to our content. This comes at a reduced price on a per head basis. Two members minimum must be on an account to be considered a corporate membership. Enterprise memberships are for representatives of large institutions or corporations, 100+ users, who want to give their companies unlimited access to The Urban Developer.

How can I pay for membership?

If you are an individual you will either pay month-to-month as an Executive member or quarterly as a Professional member. Corporate and Enterprise tier members pay annually on an invoice basis. How can I upgrade or downgrade my membership? When you are logged into your account go under your account settings, you will be able to view your current membership tier and have the option of either upgrading, downgrading if applicable or cancelling.

How does a corporate membership work?

At a discounted rate per head, starting from a minimum of two members, pay for seats or spaces on a corporate account. This means you can have as many users as you would like to purchase, the accounts not being tied to individuals but to a set headcount. You can then change who is on the membership as your business needs change or staff leave the company or change department. There is no cost associated with swapping out members. Increasing the headcount will increase the sum total cost, however. We want to help give your team access to everything The Urban Developer has to offer, reach out to our membership team to hear how we can create a corporate package that suits your needs, requirements and budget.

Will I receive an invoice for my payments?

Invoices will go to the same email address you have nominated to associate with your membership. Please check your spam and clutter inboxes before querying this with our team.

I can't see member content despite being a member, what has happened to my membership?

Before querying this with our team please check you are logged in first. Following links from our emails etc. does not automatically log you in. Once logged in, check you have access to our articles and if a Professional member, our online content. If there is still an issue ensure your membership payments are up-to-date. If your account lapses after a certain period your account will be closed.

Can I share a membership with someone in my team?

According to our terms of use, each membership must be associated with an individual. All of our access is on a per head basis. Besides being in breach of our terms of use, it is also an impractical way to access our member content. We can help accommodate most budgets on a corporate membership level.
