Aura Files Two-Tower Seniors Plan for Ashgrove Golf Course
A slice of one of the closest 18-hole golf courses to the Brisbane CBD is slated for redevelopment under plans for a two-tower retirement living project.
Aura Holdings has partnered with Ashgrove Golf Club to lodge the proposal for the 87-year-old course in the city’s inner north-west.
Under the plans, a 7145sq m lease area would be carved out of the south-east portion of the club’s 40.6ha holding for 76 independent living apartments across two 10-storey buildings.
