Revolving Sky Bar Endorsed for $240m Perth Triple Towers Rebirth

A sky bar, 243-key hotel and a pool club are part of a $240-million renovation of six buildings on Western Australia’s premier commercial street endorsed for approval.

The future of the 1978-built, 33-storey St Martins Tower and associated buildings on St Georges Terrace has been in question since the Kuwait Government-owned St Martins Properties tried but failed to sell them in 2022.

Now, a firm called St Martins Centre Pty Ltd—directed by UK-based Richard Ratcliffe and Perth-based Nicholas Ozlanski—has proposed a 243-room premium hotel, food and beverage venues, retail outlets and A-Grade office space for the six buildings.
