Developer PJM Group has doubled up at the Land and Environment Court, winning both its appeals over projects in a NSW growth corridor.
The development applications for neighbouring addresses in the booming suburb of Leppington comprise 274 units, and were upscaled last year from plans filed in 2019.
The projects took advantage of infill affordable bonuses introduced by the NSW Government in 2023, much as a multitude of developers have done in the past year.
