The Kingston Arts Precinct Place Brief reflects the community’s desire for a strong connection to Country, including visual links to the surrounding mountains and waterways, giving developers a rich and considered brief to design from.

Kingston Quarter is a five-minute walk from the established Kingston Shops, giving future residents easy access to medical centres, retail, childcare and schools.
The surrounding area includes several green spaces, and the lakefront offers active travel paths, recreational space and views across Lake Burley Griffin that already draw visitors and residents to the area.
Kingston Quarter is for sale by Design Based Tender. Interested developers must respond directly to the Kingston Arts Precinct Place Brief and Development Obligations, demonstrating how they will bring the opportunity to life. The tender closing date is 2pm, October 20, 2026.
