Greenfield Developer ID_Corp Plots $1.4bn Land Lease Play
Greenfield developer ID_Corp is padding out its latest venture, Next Living, which will develop and operate its over-50s land lease communities.
The developer won approval for its first two communities, both in Victoria—Next Living Charlemont at Geelong and Next Living Gisborne at Gisborne—earlier this year and plans to launch them to market in early 2026.
The greenfield developer has a pipeline of more than 1500 lots across Victoria and Queensland, with an estimated end value of $1.4 billion, but it also has its eyes on another prize.
