Urbanity 2025: Full Program and Speaker Line-Up Revealed

Urbanity, The Urban Developer’s flagship conference, has officially launched its full program and speaker line-up for 2025 — and it’s shaping up to be the most ambitious and future-focused edition yet.

To be staged from July 29-31, 2025 at The Star, Gold Coast, Urbanity will bring together hundreds of C-suite executives, developers, investors, city-shapers, architects and innovators for three days of high-impact conversations, future thinking and unmatched networking opportunities.

With more than 50 speakers confirmed and a content-rich program now live, the countdown is officially on for the premier event for Australia’s built environment.

A program built for what’s next

The Urbanity 2025 program is curated around eight defining themes, each addressing the complex forces reshaping how we live, work, invest and build:

  • Real Estate: Markets, cycles, geopolitics, capital flows and investor returns

  • Cities: Precincts, policy, infrastructure, urban renewal and smart cities

  • Housing: Supply, ownership, density, productivity and disruptive models

  • Sustainability: Resilience, decarbonisation, renewable energy and circular economy

  • Technology: AI, smart cities, renewables, and data centres

  • Country: First Nations design, nature-based cities and rewilding

  • Places: The future of work, retail, healthcare, ageing and logistics

  • Construction: Robotics, prefab, modular, 3D printing and timber innovation

From macroeconomic insights to micro-urbanism, from ESG to AI, the agenda reflects the changing shape of Australian cities and the new leadership required to drive them forward.
