Listed developer Cedar Woods has filed new plans for a double-tower development rising up to 14 storeys in Brisbane’s suburban inner-north.
The proposal comprising 232 apartments seeks to increase the Wooloowin site’s eight-storey height limit under an existing preliminary approval.
Under the plans, a proposed reconfiguration of a lot component would separate the site—that forms part of 12 Chalk Street—from the Perth-based developer’s wider Greville masterplanned development.
