Revised tower plans rising an additional six storeys have been filed for a site along one of the Gold Coast’s most exclusive dunal residential strips.
The uplift would push the proposed development almost 60 per cent higher—taking it from eight storeys approved in 2020 to 14 storeys.
An entity linked to Macquarie York’s Roy Skaf has lodged the reworked scheme, which is earmarked for a narrow 460sq m site fronting Jefferson Lane and the Gold Coast Highway at Palm Beach.
