Fund manager Sentinel Property Group has given its $2.4-billion property portfolio another dose of northern exposure in Australia’s tropical capital.
The Brisbane-based real estate investor has settled the $57.4-million acquisition of tenanted industrial assets in Darwin Business Park.
The latest deal —flagged by Sentinel’s managing director Warren Ebert in an interview with The Urban Developer in July—brings the value of its investment footprint in the Northern Territory, including the Top End’s largest shopping centre Casuarina Square, to about $700 million.
