Habitat’s Upscaled Sunshine Coast Scheme Waved Ahead

Birtinya Habitat Revised DA render hero

Habitat Development Group’s pipeline on the Sunshine Coast continues to swell with the green light given to revised plans for a twin-tower midrise development.

Under the reworked proposal, each of the eight-storey buildings in the Brisbane-based builder-developer’s $220-million Esperance project at Birtinya will accommodate an additional 10 units.

Overall, the approved changes will lift the development’s yield from 155 to 175 apartments across the two towers that will be built simultaneously.
