ReVest Expands Leadership with Key Appointment

ReVest Property Group has appointed Ramy Awad as partner to lead their asset management business following its dynamic entrance into the commercial property sector, transacting more than $160,000,000 in sales since their inception in March 2025.

Ramy Awad [pictured, on right] has a notable 20 years of industry experience and has held senior roles at top-tier firms including 151 Property (a Blackstone Portfolio Company), AMP Capital, Stockland, CBRE, and JLL.

His experience brings a wealth of expertise to ReVest’s private clients in asset and facilities management, strategic leasing, and value-add repositioning across complex portfolios along the eastern seaboard.

His notable achievements include managing major assets including Yennora Distribution Centre and 45 and 55 Clarence Street in Sydney.

Awad said, “ReVest Property Group is filling a gap in the commercial agency world, we are enhancing the offering to our clients, providing strategy, and corporate-grade experience to high-net-worth and institutional clients.

“I’m excited to contribute to ReVest’s growth and help drive value for our clients across our expanding portfolio.”

Partner Elijah Shakir [middle] said ReVest was delighted to welcome a partner of Ramy’s calibre and experience.

“Asset management is a core focus for us, and we are committed to advancing our clients’ needs in this space. Our clients are seeking forward-thinking, strategic management solutions, and we aim to deliver that through experienced senior professionals like Ramy Awad.

“Our goal is to create value throughout the entire property cycle—not only through management, but also by shaping investment strategies and driving long-term value creation.”

Partner Andrew Sukkar [left] said ReVest continued to record strong demand for premium commercial investments across metropolitan Sydney.

“Ramy’s onboarding further strengthens our advisory and value-add capabilities, ensuring we consistently deliver maximum value to our clients.”

ReVest Property Group is excited to welcome Ramy Awad as partner and looks forward to expanding its network and building long-term relationships across the commercial real estate landscape.
