
When a group of technology developers approached Oscar Ledlin two years ago about recycling solar panels, he wasn’t interested. The market was too small.
Six months later, they returned with a different proposition: turning waste glass into concrete.
When asked if he knew much about concrete, Ledlin, a concreter by trade, told them: “Concrete’s my forte”.
