Orchard Piper has won approval for its $520-million mixed-use Kew Village precinct in Melbourne’s inner-east.

The Princess Street site at Kew, 6km east of the Melbourne CBD, is currently a open-air car park and supermarket. It will be transformed into a residential, retail and public realm destination.

Designed by Wardle with landscaping by Oculus, the approved scheme comprises 194 homes across four buildings of varying heights, including one, two and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses.
