Latest Stage of Mulpha’s $1bn Norwest Precinct Greenlit

Developer Mulpha has won the green light for the latest stage and overall concept masterplan for its $1-billion Norwest renewal.
A commercial tower and public plaza adjoining Norwest Metro Station at 25-31 Brookhollow Avenue was late last year approved by the Sydney Central Planning Panel.
With a capital investment value of $192.5 million, according to the council assessment report, the 11-storey tower comprises eight floors of commercial office plus ground-floor retail space.
