Lewis Land Adds Land Lease to Port Macquarie Masterplan

Lewis Land has taken its first step into land lease, unveiling a component using the model as part of its masterplanned Port Macquarie development.
The developer is poised to start work on the 135-home over-55s land lease community, Sovereign Rise, on the NSW Mid-North Coast after receiving planning approval this week.
The Sydney developer said its move into land lease was a “natural evolution” for its mixed-use portfolio of masterplanned communities and retail and leisure assets.
Lewis Land said the land lease element would be complementary to its wider Sovereign Hills project (pictured top), which Sovereign Rise is part of, according to head of development Michael Long.
