Landmark Breaks Ground on Live. Caringbah

Landmark has officially broken ground on Live. Caringbah, its fifth residential development in Caringbah and a key milestone in its long-standing commitment to Sydney’s Sutherland Shire.

Located at 14 Hinkler Avenue, the new project will deliver 288 residences and further elevate the area’s growing reputation as one of Sydney’s most liveable coastal communities.

With a legacy spanning over 26 years, Landmark has delivered more than 4000 apartments across 43 projects in New South Wales.

Its footprint in Caringbah is both deep and ongoing, having recently completed Caringbah Greens and now progressing into its next chapter with Live. Caringbah.

Designed in partnership with award-winning DKO Architecture, Live. Caringbah offers a refreshing take on coastal apartment living.

One, two and three-bedroom apartments are oversized and carefully oriented to maximise light, breezes and connection to the surrounding landscape.

Interiors are inspired by the natural tones and textures of the nearby coastline, with finishes that are both beautiful and highly functional.

From study nooks to entertainer balconies, rooftop gardens to versatile communal spaces, every detail is crafted to enhance day-to-day life.

“Live. Caringbah is designed around the way people want to live today—with more space, more natural light, and more opportunities to connect,” said Arash Tavakoli, Landmark CEO.

“We’re proud to be continuing our presence in Caringbah and helping meet the growing need for quality housing across Sydney.”

This thoughtfully curated development brings together home comforts, work-from-home flexibility and wellness-focused amenities including rooftop gardens, yoga lawns, and green retreats.

Its central location—close to transport, beaches, parks, shopping and local schools—makes it the ideal base for residents seeking both convenience and community.

Importantly, Live. Caringbah also reflects Landmark’s broader vision: to make the dream of home ownership more accessible through smart design, quality construction and long-term value.

All apartments are backed by Landmark’s industry-leading 10-year Structural Guarantee and benefit from an integrated model—from development through to construction and customer care.

“As Sydney continues to grow, Landmark is proud to play a role in delivering housing that not only meets demand but raises the standard,” said Tavakoli. “Our roots in the Shire run deep, and Live. Caringbah reflects our continued investment in this vibrant, thriving community.”
