As the Australian hotel industry works toward recovery and growth, The Urban Developer Hotel Summit is poised to deliver an examination of its present status and future trajectory.

The Urban Developer Hotel Summit is a dedicated one-day event bringing together developers, owners, investors and industry professionals from the hotel sector for a day of inspired insights. 

Taking place in Sydney in March, 2024, the event will delve into the critical market dynamics shaping the hotel sector. This includes discussions on new supply, trading conditions, deal volumes and values, investment and capital appetite, legal frameworks and operating models, design and fitout trends, and more.
