Melbourne-based Gurner Group has chalked up more than $500 million in residential sales across three of the five towers in its Docklands Elysium Fields project.

It caps off a significant 2025 for the developer, which recorded $1.65 billion in sales across seven projects in Victoria and New South Wales.

Gurner Group founder Tim Gurner said the successful sales campaigns across multiple projects defied broader market thematics, particularly in Melbourne, and demonstrated sustained demand for design-led projects.

Gurner said adopting the learnings from his wellness brand, Saint Haven, into residential developments was in line with a global shift towards “longevity, performance and proactive health”.

“Our role is to deliver that in a way that feels seamless, highly private and beautifully resolved within the environments we create,” Gurner said.

“Despite our growth, our internal mindset hasn’t changed. We remain incredibly focused on detail, constantly reviewing, refining and pushing to ensure every project is better than the last.”

Gurner said the group was now focused on pushing meaningfully into NSW and Queensland markets.

“We currently have more than $3 billion in the market, growing to over $5 billion by October, and expect to outperform last year in the 2026 calendar year materially.”

Gurner Group will launch its Helios premium penthouse collection, the final 15 three-bedroom penthouses, following strong demand.

The 20,000sq m Docklands site sat undeveloped for more than two decades before Gurner Group took on the project four years ago.

The precinct’s design by Fraser & Partners, in collaboration with Gurner’s in-house design team, centres on wellness amenities, including mineral bathing pools, sauna and steam facilities, biophilic landscaping, and circadian lighting systems within residences.

It is being developed in partnership with Digital Harbour Holdings, a consortium that includes the Liberman family.

Cranes are also active over Gurner Group’s mixed-use precinct at the Jam Factory on Chapel Street in South Yarra.  The developer is bucking the trend in Melbourne’s muted market, chalking up 580 sales in its wellness-led Elysium Fields…
