Fortis Wins State Backing for Bronte Apartment Scheme
Fortis is planning 120 apartments instead of nine houses near Sydney’s famous Bronte Beach after securing state significant status from the Housing Development Authority.
The approved Bronte Collection between Bondi and Coogee beaches will be sidelined after the declaration by the NSW Minister for Planning.
Waverley Council gave the green light to Fortis for its standalone homes plans on the 2472sq m site at 122-128 Hewlett Street, about 7km east of the Sydney CBD, in September 2023.
