Bondi Boutique Developer Reveals Byron Midrise Play
Boutique developer Ronnie Shulkin is moving from Bondi to Byron and plans to build an apartment complex in the sought-after region.
Shulkin’s RNB Group has filed plans for a four-storey mixed-use building at 8 Marvell Street, Byron Bay, with the Byron Shire Council.
The SRH Architecture-designed scheme includes 10 apartments and ground-floor retail to replace a cottage on the site. The front of the cottage has been converted to commercial use.
