Toohey Miller Again Seeks Height Uplift for $280m Pyrmont Tower
Fresh plans for Toohey Miller’s $280-million Pyrmont skyscraper have been revealed with an application now filed for the 26-38 Saunders Street site.
The proposal before the City of Sydney calls for a 38-storey tower yielding 175 apartments, reduced from 196, and a unit mix now including a greater proportion of three-bedroom homes.
Toohey Miller founder Nick Couloumbis told The Urban Developer that the tower would be the highest at Pyrmont after Mirvac’s Harbourside and “the only site in the area with Sydney Harbour Bridge views”.
